You decide what kind of support you get, and with the help of our staff, you will make a personalised support plan based on your interests, priorities, and skills. From help with personal care and money management to finding education, work, or fun activities, it’s up to you.
We offer shared housing for people who want to live on their own but aren’t quite ready to do so yet. You will have your own space, but you can get to know other people who are like you by using the common areas and splitting the cost of bills
